I missed something somewhere, didn't I?
Because Mr. Clevinger writing video game dialogue after getting his start doing a video game parody strikes me as a miracle of sorts.

I'm almost certain that that meant he's beaten all the new games that were on his plate. For now.

Actually, I think he's mentioned on Twitter that he's writing dialogue for a game.

Nope. Playing video games does not take priority above getting work done.

Yup. Mentioned it at NP.com a couple times too. I think.

I wouldn't get too excited. Characters, plot, level design, all that stuff was figured out long before I came on board. I just filled in some* blanks.

Did you at least slip in a reference or two? Maybe a stealth quote?

Make a (news) post when production is far enough along that you can share with us what game you filled in blanks for.

Huh. Writing for a living sounds like it kind of... sucks. At least sometimes. I liked it better when we thought you were just goofing off playing sum Playstation or something.

Since you've said "Thousands", this is probably an RPG of some sort, right?

Not necessarily.
It's not Shakespeare, but any story-driven shooter would have quite a few lines of dialogue as well.

Nope. It may not feel like it, but your average On The Big Boy Consoles game will have thousands of lines of dialog if you include playable and non-playable characters.

Oh, every job sucks sometimes. The worst day of writing is better than the best day of any other job I'd be qualified for!
