There is good in the world. (http://www.vancouversun.com/travel/Giving+getting/3997822/story.html?id=3997822)

I don't know if this is just a Christmas thing - probably is - but people are bein' good people and that's pretty cool. It's super cool. Merry Christmas, from Qualicum - tomorrow I can say Merry Christmas from Toronto - and you guys be good to each other.

Wait, this is the internet.

Well, be good to your families and count your blessings. Christmas dinner? Blessing. Hanging out with friends and fmily? Blessing. Drinking? Blessing. Gettin' a hug from your three year old nephew 'cause he totally loves your awesome present? Blessing.

One of my friends is feeling a bit down about things this year, so I'm sending her a sappy note attached to a still beating human heart (http://www.thinkgeek.com/geektoys/plush/becb/).

EDIT: This is the first correct application I've seen of the Seiltag in ages.

Seil thread? News & Discussion? I'ma move this to general since it's pretty obviously not heading very rapidly in a discussion direction and more in a lulzy direction!

You're an admin Shiney, you have to be a role model for the rest of us. Show some positive attitude in this thread.

Giving is good, it gives a nice fuzzy feeling inside. But getting might get you that video game or flamethrower or country that you always wanted. So I'm kinda on the fence about the issue, except that if everyone gave then that means more people receive so the world becomes happier.

I guess South Korea wanted to give the North something for Christmas this year. :raise:
