The ability to interject martial arts into every single conversation.

Totally fixed.
I currently work in the endoscopy department of a hospital.
Hm.

Allowed to beat the crap out of them?

Found you a list. (http://www.helium.com/items/543149-top-10-qualities-and-skills-employers-seek)

Defecation: It's a quality a lot of patients there don't have. We try to help with that problem. We make them better at their jobs by helping them to regain the gift of defecation.

Yeah, I totally made a poop joke. So what? Sue me! For having an unoriginal and shitty sense of humor.

On Topic: Willingness. (EDIT: shiney probably beat me to it, or something)

EDIT: A high bullshit tolerance.

i would add Pride to that least.

I mean, you need to be proud of what you do and of the team you belong to, that usually is a sign that things are going well, right?
