Well after 10 years of nothing but white on the walls, I'm slathering diagrams all over them, but I'm finding a surprising lack of large, clear anatomical diagrams on the net. Now, with all the images you see otherwise, all the posters you can buy, why is there not an easy free access to these that I can just google?

If anyone knows good places to hunt for these things, please say so otherwise I'm stuck with google and 4chan.

Believe me, you'll find plenty of anatomy on Google and 4chan. :3:

All joking aside, have you checked hospitals at all? They might sell that sort of thing or be able to point you to who does.

Or, if you want a more archaic feel, have you considered an Asian novelty shop? If you have a Chinatown up there, I'm sure you could get things like acupuncture and chakra posters.

What the hell kind of Dexter cave do you live in?

Well, I'm trying to COVER my room, top to bottom, so I'd like it if I could just rasterbate them for a few cents for every 8.5"x11" rather than about $1-$3 for the same surface area, though it would be good to get some pre-colored ones, I was just planning to pencil crayon them.

Library, dude. Medical literature, Leonardo Da Vinci art books, sports literature, they can set you up. As a bonus you can scan/print the stuff yourself and won't have to hope someone put something on the internet in a decent resolution.

Thats a good point, I haven't even been inside a library for years and years, and all I've read are stardard sized anatomy books at my martial art teachers place (they school in their house and have a library of rare books) and my mentors place (he's a body worker and has shelves and shelves of anatomy books)

Do you think the library would have poster sized diagrams?

Also, when I was hunting around I found this little gem of a website, it seems to be an actually solid martial art website, and with all the bickering people have around fighting styles, it doesn't seem to be testosterone influenced.

Probably not poster sized but art books can get pretty large. Anyway I'm sure they can also direct you to a place where you can get medical charts like you'd see in a doctor's office (I'm also sure medical charts are not very cheap at all).

Also, i have this on a shirt (http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&num=20&q=Godzilla%20anatomy&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1280&bih=868)

Put this on my wall in 50cm wide form.

It's going pretty well I ran out of scotch tape but I have about 17'x13' of diagrams up.

Poster finding has gone extremely well, now that I got all the systems in complete charts I'm burning through studying each part individually, then googling that specific part and finding an image of that part isolated that I can blow up to 8.5"x11", and as I do that I color mini-versions of the big scale complete system diagrams with color kind of like the anatomy coloring book, but on my wall.

Going great!

Post pictures if you can when you're finished. Kinda curious what that would look like.
