Fan Expo Canada 2011

Well I realize there isn't much of a following for this convention at NPF but I'm attending it for the third year in a row.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of two people dropping out in the past week, which is going to make the trip almost twice as expensive. I've been on the cusp of giving it up. So I thought I should mention, if anyone is going to Fan Expo and needs accommodations, we have a double bed room booked about 2-3 blocks from the convention center, and not enough asses to fill it. We wear deodourant sometimes!

Other than the unfortunate drops, looking forward to feeling at one with my inner nerd by in such a concentrated dose of them.

As far as I know it's the Metro Toronto Convention Center again, but they're opening up even more of it this year because of how ridiculously crowded it got.

See I live by one of the convention centers in Toronto. That one isn't too far from me.

Unfortunately, I'll be at the dentist, then recovering over those days- so that'll be 3 years in a row I miss it.

You'd think living only about 40 minutes from these things would mean I would attend more.

I wish I knew if more NPFers were there. I have a lot of spare magic decks and a custom Archenemy deck that desperately needs to stomp things.

AH! We should have organized a meet-up or something. I too was there (for Thursday and Friday) and it was phenomenal!

Well I did make the thread weeks before the event. I blame you personally for the lack of any meet-up. I mean there WAS a meet-up, you just missed it. :\
