I think we've had a few of these kind of threads in the past, I might have even started one or two of them. This is sort of a pseudo game - there are no winners or losers or points or whatever, but there are a couple rules. If the mods want to relocate this into the games area that's fine, but it seemed better suited for 'general' audiences (Loooooool @ myself).
Here's dem rules:
-I will start by presenting a large scale problem. In this example let's say 'War'.
-The next poster will present a solution to this problem. The solution must be at least plausible but it can be far-fetched. The solution they present in this example could be 'World domination under the monarchy of the British empire', though they could be more elaborate if they want to make things difficult for the next poster becuase...
-The next person will poke holes in the previous post to reveal an entirely new set of problems caused by the proposed solution. In this example maybe it's 'Civil unrest abounds as the Rebel Alliance rallies against the tyranny of the dark lord, Prince George the 20X6th'.
-The next poster then solves THAT problem, and the posts continue on ad infinitum - Problem, solution, problem, solution, etc, until we get bored.
One note: Try to avoid problems that cause an apocalypse. If someone does want to introduce such a scenario for lolz, the next poster's solution can be a preemptive one.
----
Ok so the problem is 'Organized Crime, including corporate/political corruption, gang violence and human trafficking'.
