And I don't like that the media is starting to get blamed for these weirdos poping up.

They've only mentioned a few cases of Vamps going out killing. Hopefully a cult doesn't spring up cause seriously, this kind of thing could hurt Castlevania (my favorite Video Game Series next to Sonic and Megaman) and the future of my D-Resonate comic. As well as other stories that include vampires.

Though really this various heavily depending on what universe and what type of vamps we're dealing with.

For example mine are for the most part viral and are still very much alive. They don't fully turn until sometime after they die, if they're powerful enough to fully turn.
