Beautifully executed - first we get all this information about Blue Magic, then it's dismissed just like a normal Clevinger style joke, and then we get hit with "It is time to become legendary." Great.

The time when Black Mage took over hell was pretty great, also the class changes was pretty cool and quite funny. Oh yeah all the Onion Kid mishaps were great as well. Although nothing beats the first few episodes of it, those are truly the best because they got me into 8-bit and got me into reading it more.

I also love Fighter's Journals and any time we go into the personal thoughts of Fighter (such as FIGHTAR'S MEMERY). I'm also a fan of all of the Fiend, Cultist (I hope they make at least one more appearance when the Light Warriors have to return to the Temple of Fiends and maybe a few cameos in Hell), and Other Warrior arcs. The Castle of Ordeals, Class Change, and Airsub arcs are also great. The best quote has to be "Oh, please. Death is for NPCs."

Also, Episode 490 is great, Thief calling to the mages after Red Mage passes out: White Mage, Black Mage, something bad has happened to physics. I'll need your help restoring order to the universe after I'm done with RM's wallet.

Finally, 683 and 684 are great, Black Mage's hover-chocobo made me laugh my ass off! (literally, it was quite bloody, tbh)

I can't remember the episode but it's around the time the time they're beginning to search for the water orb. They leave Sarda's place and there's a panel of all 4 light warriors just staring at the death trap. The panel just conveys a huge sense of 'Oh fuck' which I found absolutely hilarious. And BM flipping the fuck out afterwards is an added bonus.

It's a tough one, but it's going to come down to RM. Duh.

I almost died when RM defeated the Rage Turtle by having BM emulate the defensive habits of a sea cucumber. The quick thinking; the knowledge of the subject; keeping account of the fact that BM's digestive tract would be susceptible to the water's pressure due to it's previous "wear and tear". Not to mention it was so unexpected but made so much sense. Funny and ingenious.

But then again RM's defeat of Kary was too great. Why does he never get any credit?

The part where Super-Evil Black Mage and the other Light Warriors fight. Definitely my favorite part. The class change/blue magic story arc was a favorite, too. The earliest and the latest comics all share third place. But, y'know, they're all good, though sometimes the story arcs take too long or not long enough to end. Just a little bit.
