Wow! I guess I have not posted here at NPF since the end of March, and I do not even remember why I stopped coming here. So what has been going on since my last visit? Lots of interesting shenanigans I gather. Since I have been gone so long, let me refresh you on the basics:

1. My name is not Walker, I do not live in Texas, and I am not a Druid. The title came from a D&D campaign in which I played a Druid named Walker. My DM kept calling me "Walker, Texas Druid", and it stuck with me.

2. I live in South Carolina, but I originally from Ohio. I am an Ohio State and Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

3. I loved 8-Bit Theater, and I was saddened when it ended. I have found suitable web-comcs to fill the void.

4. I am a fan of Star Wars, Star Trek, Comic Book movies, fantasy authors, crime dramas, and Dancing with the Stars. Also The Simpsons and Mystery Science Theater 3000.

There are other things but I will let the rest of you discover these things sometime in the future. I am glad to be back! :dance:

I kind of want to become an ex-Steelers fan after that Raiders victory...usually I can just blame a loss on Roethlisberger's traditional three interceptions per game.

I think we Steeler fans are in for a long season. The defense cannot stop me from scoring a touchdown. Oh well, I guess we were overdue for a disappointing season.

But yeah not much to say. Sure, there have been threads and posts and people getting banned or leaving or coming back, but I mean it's basically the same ol' thing that happens on any forum.

Ok, so you want some new material. Well, until July I was working in a store where I was going to either kill the store manager, get fired, or both. Luckily, I finally went to human resources and he looked into the situation and I was transfered to another store. Now I am in store where I get along with everyone, store manager, department manager, and assistant store manager, and I work in place that actually appreciates me. I have not had a homicidal thought for a long time now. Hurray for me. ;)

I hear some people danced, and then they were like, judged, based on the dancing. Joey Fatone returned to seek his dark vengeance, and Bristol Palin tightened her control over her renegade submarine crew. Kirstie Alley finally discovered what was beneath the hatch in the jungle.

Joey was eliminated. I have the sinking feeling that once again Kirsty Ally's popularity will overcome her lack of dancing ability, which will result in better contestants getting knocked out instead of her. I guess there is one like that in every season. :P

Ok so not too many others are interested in DWTS. What other things about me are intersting? Hmmmmm........ Can't think of anything. Well the store I work at put me in the poor house last night and today. My bank and the store worked it out, and I should be getting my money back soon, hopefully. I was really stressed out though, I have not slept in over 24 hours. :P
