1) Learn programming beyond the basic level I currently possess, of "I understand computer logic but freeze up when I try to write code," to a degree that I can actually use the knowledge for practical purposes.
2) Quit being so fucking lazy about my art improvement.
3) Learn to play my new keyboard, to read and write sheet music, to properly interpret musical notation by ear, and make music.
4) Get my bike repaired and take it out more often. At least twice a week.

1) Not make any resolutions.
Wait... crap!
I've long called myself a writer and I have a lot of ideas, but I'm endlessly lazy and very rarely actually get any writing DONE. So I've challenged myself to have a word count of at least 75,000 by the end of the year, with a hopeful target of 100,000. It works out to 205 (274 for the 100k) words a day which is a good target for me- it's a bit of pressure to get something written every day and crack something out, but it's also reasonable enough that on days I'm not feeling it I can get 200 words of guff written out and edit the hell out of it later.
It's going well so far- I'm averaging about 300 words a day and I've only missed one day yet. I know for some it doesn't sound like a lot of writing, but I'm pretty sure I've already written more in the last 11 days than I did most of last year. I'm getting ideas down, and getting some discipline while I'm at it.

Last year My resolution was to find something I was passionate about and pursue it.
I managed to figure out that it isn't just technology I enjoy but also Animation...with that I stopped going to engineering and started in a new college for animation.
This year I want to get better at that. I want to see a drastic improvement from what I once was. I also wish to learn some modeling and rigging so that I can do some more with my animations.
