I didn't because after failing my last few lock picking checks I figured I'd set off more alarms with no skill in it.

Well, I use random.org for rolls, which uses atmospheric noise--as it's about as random as you can get, so if you had done it and I had done the rolls when I would have in that case, they would have probably turned out differently.

For some reason I had the ghoulish thought of later sneaking a dead Sand Person into someone's room or perhaps just putting it somewhere public and dressing it as one of the players.

Thankfully Koto's complete lack of any lifting ability renders this too hard to pull off.

Just take a head and rig it with a string on someone's bedroom door so that it flies down at them when they open it.
