Then don't let the PC make assumptions. If he scans you, you get to decide what he sees.

Just don't let him see you naked. Pierce is kinda too valuable to lose by having him hop out a 15th story window.

EDIT: Oh my friggin' god, I just have to make Milsha relate these kinds of stories.

EDIT 2: Got distracted which made the post take much longer than it should have. More tomorrow and definitely on the weekends.

Armored Bishoujo: "Don't say anything yet, Dracorion."

And that if his aura could be seen, it'd expose him for the scheming mastermind who has yet to blossom into a true world-owning villain.

I don't think anybody else has a problem with it being possible to view PC auras, so, going on the fact that Geminex told me that Impact isn't an evil character, I'd be willing to do away with that silly rule if he approves as such. I may do so anyways, but I'd at least like his opinion.

Hah, please.

Impact may not be all tyrannical bloodthirsty evil, but he's definitely not straight-up good. He's at least somewhere around Bad. I mean, you saw that post with Charlotte. Impact has so many negative character traits in that post alone that it's established him being nowhere near neutral.

Geminex's insistence otherwise doesn't really mean anything. Impact is what he is. Normally, what he is would be what Gem intended, but Gem kinda deludes himself a lot.

Did Gem have something to do with this?

@Irene: Don't sell yourself short, babe. There's enough room on Pierce's dick for everybody.

I'd certainly be okay with more detailed action scenes, so long as dialogue remains in the player's hands.

Damnit Menarker I posted it -ages- ago. And the notepad was on my old computer. So I either have to remember where I put it on that slow piece of crap or re-type it all. Or just backlong through my posts for a long time.

BRB guys, refinding information.

Is this it?

Once you revealed that you posted it yourself, I opted to do a search of the entire roleplaying discussion threads, searching for posts by your name and displaying the results as individual posts until I came across a summary of a post that looked close to an update conversation.

DanteFalcon 07-21-2011 02:37 PM

Yes in fact. Although if memory serves you wanted potent poison to be free instead of a RP costing action.

I did say something like that, yes. :3

That said, I did say there was room for improvement. (Then again, that has always been the case. I think Dante doesn't even have a Union Tech yet.)

Also, Victini is a new option for you for your legendary pokebrid form later on. :3

DanteFalcon 07-21-2011 02:44 PM

For some reason I don't argue against buffs for me...

Also I'm fine with the arena at any point past him hitting level 8. Mind is still bouncing a bunch of potentials but Victini is certainly one of the most prevalent. Still hard to match the badass factor that Articuno would give me though.

Menarker 07-21-2011 02:59 PM

Articuno is badass.
It is also assigned to Alphonsine, arriving at the beach mission along with Zapdos and Moltres. ^^; (Believe me, it was hard choosing the other two flying types that would make her semi-balanced)

Right now, you have the following:

-----
Pokebrid (Level 1)

- Can use any and all moves of the chosen Pokemon form.
- Can use Paradigm Shift (transform into that Pokemon). Lasts 3 turns. Type weaknesses no longer apply and Pokemon statistics are added to inherent statistics for a stat boost during those turns.

-----
Pokebrid (Level 2)

- A 2nd Pokeshift is available.

-----
Pokebrid (Level 3)

- Synchronization Techniques become available.

-----
Pokebrid (Level 4)

- All Pokebrids now have a third DNA Splice. Choose wisely.
- All Pokebrids deal double damage with a STAB modifier instead of 1.5.
- All Pokebrids can use multiple Paradigm Shifts in the same battle, provided they have enough Rage Points.
- All Pokebrids can now use Divide and Focus like a Trainer and Snagger with their own moves.

-----
Pokebrid (Level 5)

- Pokeform types have status and statistic defenses depending on the type they are. A Poison type Pokemon is immune to Poison and Bad Poison status effects, for example. The best way to know what does what is to look at the special defenses of Slayer armor.
(Get AB to at least give you a bonus for your normal type forms.)

Then you wanted the following:

Deva level 1:
- Base Rage generation increased to 15.

Deva level 2:
- +10 to all stats
- Potent Poison: While in Venomoth form Matthias can expend 15 rage to allow his poison to bypass any abilities or types that would otherwise negate the status he's trying to inflict for one turn.

Deva level 3:
- +20 to all stats
- Ruin pokeshift form (Don't forget to talk to AB to come up with a Ruin type that works for you. Maybe consider a dual type one like Ruin/Steel if you want to be defensive?)

Deva level 4:
- Increase maximum Paradigm Shift duration to five turns.
- Air Lock: When Matthias shifts the weather in his Castform state he can expend a minimum of 10 rage to prevent other pokemon from overriding his weather effect for 1 turn. For every 10 additional rage he uses he can lock it in place for another turn (though all have to be expended when the weather is initially shifted) (BTW, Air Lock is an existing ability name that turns off weather condition.)

Deva Level 5:
- Base Rage generated is increased to 20.
- Devas can choose a Legendary Pokemon as a Pokeshift form.
- Emergency Adaptation: While in Porygon Z form Matt can expend 20 energy to use conversion or conversion 2 without using his regular move for that turn.

My suggestions:
Potent Poison: Passive, just like Mold Breaker ability (but work against types too)
Emergency Adaptation: Free Action no cost. (It's of limited utility when there huge numbers of enemies that are thus more likely to hit you for at least neutral if not super effective damage.) This move is at best useful for trying to get STAB out of non-normal moves.

Get something more for Deva 1. Your Pokebrid 5 upgrade was... not very rewarding. Maybe move Potent Poison earlier and put something else useful for Deva 2?

Anyhow, that still leaves you with 5 levels leftover for your dual-class, whatever you choose. Maybe end up getting an extra ability for your ruin and legendary form just like you listed for your first three.

Astral Harmony 07-21-2011 04:26 PM

Geminex hasn't had anything to do with anything. All we really talked about were a few posts that haven't even been posted yet.
