And, sadly, the word 'kajillion' will be invented at about the time that a landspeeder will be.

Anyways, I do miss the pie reference, but I also miss many of the run-on-gags, like how elves are pansies and arrogant, so on. Only by looking at the page numbers do I notice that these gags come very infrequently when you don't start out with some 526 comics.

To put it bluntly, be patient. Brian seems to have a way of old gags coming back at the most inopertune time. We will be patient, and expect them to come. But when they do come, it will be unexpected. And then we will laugh. And then we will cry.

And always, always, we will embrace the name of Brian Clevinjer.

Oh, but my dear friend, I believe we've stumbled upon a whole new genre of fantasy-porn: God/King Dragon X Witch.
I expect it to flood the internet by the end of the week. If it hasn't already. <.<

Anyway, I kind of miss Onion Kid, but it's been WAY to small a time since his last joke. Needs to stretch out just a bit longer before I can expect that again.

I find a week-long meth binge followed by sniffing gasoline helps myself. Unfortunatly I also forgot my name and where my pants are.

Good thing my password is saved on my computer, ain't it?

I don't, really. Pie is now a constant sophomoric joke on sprite comics throughout the Internet. Every single geocities sprite comic with a 10-comic archive is pretty much megaman, mario, samus, and the like swearing and mentioning pie. Pie is simply overdone, and I think 8BT rather quickly moved on to the point where all of its humor could be character-based or situation-based, and as such didn't need to fall back on formulaic wackiness. Oh, it still has plenty of absurdity, but the absurdity is not the stale predictability of pie.

Is that a challenge to make pie unpredictable? You're on, good Sir!
Hahahahhaapieahaha

Edit: I apologize... that wasn't funny and/or clever in the slightest.

It seems like Raven even factors into all of this, and the goings-on of beings with supreme power is much more interesting from an RPer's point of view.

It's been done to perfection with Bahamut and Matoya. The expiriance still leaves me unable to listen to Matoya's Cave from the "Black Mages: The Skies Above" without throwing up during that jazzy part in the middle.

Hearing that song, and remembering those episodes makes me laugh.... But then, I'm strange, and lots of things make me laugh...

on the note of gags and such, I would love to see what the Real light warriors are doing at this moment, and what trouble they are in:).

Seran 02-06-2006 08:49 PM

I wonder what happened to Cleric, Ranger, Berserker, and Ranger?

ElfLad 02-06-2006 08:57 PM

Real Light Warriors and Other Warriors are easily the funniest.

Of course, Other Warriors aren't really a running gag, more of a running series, because they're never there for only one comic.

King Steve. That's it. We need more King Steve.
