If I may ask, why did you do this? Out of curiosity.

I think Skit should be the one to write Black Mage's nightmare. You know... with her mentioning writing Yaoi fanfics here and there... and his hatred of Fighter...

I don't think anyone here really wants to read about a Light Warrior orgy... Cept you. And me.

And technically, I don't write yaoi, I draw it.

I felt that there was a certain lack of interaction or bond between Thief and Fighter, so in Fighter's nightmare, he was not too important in either a good or bad way.

I'm looking through the document to fix the errors. I had printed the pages out to give to my friend, but when I read over them, I was devastated. I can never trust Word Document again...

Skit? Write the Black Mage nightmare? Hm...

-Done editing.-

Can you teach me to do that?

Wow, the setting, artistic style, tone... that was really awesome.

Seran 02-11-2006 10:24 PM

Thanks. I'm not much of a teacher, I easily confuse myself in speech...not much of a good speaker at times...
But I could always try.

I never thought that reading a post in a forum would ever be like reading an excerpt (sp?) from a novel. I'm a black mage fan but I don't really see him as pure evil in the comics, just confused and misguided. The black mage you wrote was a perfect transition of his character, where evil had consumed him completely.

That was wonderful and I'm looking forward to any other fanfics you write. :D

(PS: It is funny because you're writing in such a serious tone but you kept saying "Stabby" and "Slashy" >.<". That made me laugh, which is always important in such stories.)

At what point in the story is this set? (Not the nightmare, the interaction afterwards). I'm guessing it was one of Matoya's nightmares he had on the way back from elfland.

Edit:
Didn't want to create a new post because that will unessecarily extend this thread with short clarification posts.

I think you misunderstood me. I was asking what time period was the conversation in the inn (aah!) set in relation to the comic. Like, before or after class change, before Crescent Lake.... .etc

Seran 02-11-2006 10:50 PM

In an inn.
Like Black Mage said.
In an inn.
That is why, in Fighter's nightmare, the battle took place in the basement of within an inn.

Okay, I'm driving myself insane.

Edit: Ah! It's sometime way after the class change, basically.

Hence the cape and the "ridiculous pants" comment. Damn, Seran... how the hell do you write like that? The substance is vaguely reminiscient of some of my own work, but your eloquence and imagery are astounding. Kudos, Seran, and keep 'em coming.:3nod:

Seran 02-12-2006 10:04 PM

I've been writing for a long time..I get compliments everywhere about my writing and my drawing skills...scares me majorly.

But I feel much safer over the internet.

Yep, hence the cape and ridiculous pants comment.
