I've grown up with exotic restaurants, chicken hearts, tripe, tendon, thieves potion, ect.
But most bricky type foods, rather any food I have to eat in brick form grosses me out, especially egg, thus quiche is possibly the worst food for me.

I do believe that was the reason why the Chinese didn't like cheese either.
How much livestock did the average farmer have? There's your reason.

So glad I'm not in New Brunswick anymore.

What the hell is that, looks like someone dug up some old purple cloth.

Oh, dried seaweed.

You can keep that while I stuff myself full of fried catfish and hushpuppies.

I can't stand...I don't know what you'd call it.

Rich people food, I guess. Weird lemon-flavored chicken, fancy food, shrimp, finger sandwiches, etc...

Call me southern, but I like hearty food that tastes delicious, even if it is a little fattening.

I'll take a bacon cheeseburger over shrimp scampi with freschetta sauce any day.

很好吃!

Hmm, here is some food you might all find mighty tasty!

Duck's Tongue (Tasted exactly as I imagined),
Duck's Blood (Didn't taste of much, had a tofu texture),
Stinky Tofu (Basically, smells like shit),
Fish heads (Kinda strange, and crunchy),
Haggis (This one is just delicious, I just love me some haggis and cheese toasted sandwiches),
Tripe,
Blood Pudding,
Jellyfish,
Cooked Tree Fungus,
Snails,
Fried Kidneys on Toast,
Fried Goat Brain.

Probably lots of stuff that I don't know, too. Also most of the usual food eaten (Like Chicken, Duck etc) also comes with the head. Kinda strange to have a chicken in pieces only to pick up the cooked head, it's lifeless eyes staring back at you.

Wild Card: Marmite.

I have a problem with the texture and taste of peas. They're smooth and slippery on the outside and chalky on the inside. Do not want.

Also, I love hamburger, potatoes and corn, but cannot stand them baked together in a Shepard's pie.

Actually, I've tried peas that have juicy, non-flaky flesh. The peas you've tried are probably too old.
Sill, I always go for corn instead of peas because corn is usually sweeter.

Onions or tomato. Any tomato. I can't even stand ketchup, just the smell makes me want to gag. Like the only thing I can stand is when it's barbeque ribs (if that is tomato, IDK), and pizza sauce, and even then, only certain brands. That might just be an autistic thing, I dunno. It makes eating out sort of a pain though. :/

I'm not picky about any food, I can stomach just about anything. The exception: Banana's. Everything about it makes me gag. The smell and taste is just revolting.

I despise cooked veggies except for corn on the cob. I will be glad to eat carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, peapods what ever. But cooked veggies I dislike.

Scalloped potato's are another unfathomable dish, same with potato pancakes.
