Aw, she died. Sad.

Also, Crow is a doooooouche.

Just out of curiosity, how long is this game?

At my leisurely pace, I have 13:38 on my first save and 14:43 by adding up relevant play-time on my message board. So, 'bout thirteen, fourteen hours. My first run lasted me five days.

Okay, this game was pretty good. I mean, the controls are shoddy, the combat is bleh (especially near the end) and walking from point a to point b takes forever, but I liked it. The running theme was well executed, it was very atmospheric, and everything about the presentation was great. Even the ridiculous dialogue didn't bother me as much once I switched it to Japanese. Surprising how nice bad dialogue can sound when it isn't being said via Bosch's Christopher Walken impression. It's not as good as the original Silent Hill games, but I think, like them, this is one of those games everyone should play because what it does well it does great.

So, wait, you feel the same way about a game as I do? What the hell, man?

Also, how 'bout them bells, Noncon? That was a fun little trip to the writers' workshop, wasn't it?

Kim 04-05-2010 01:50 PM

The seven bells? I actually didn't find all of them. I found the thing that said what they were, and then two of the bells. That story was pretty awesome, as was the torn picture story.

Game cartridge story is the absolute best, though. Everybody's gotta love 'AAAA'.

Tinkley-tinkely bells, Bells, not Bells bells. Sorry.
