Actually, Renny is 17 since at least a few weeks prior to this point in the RP. Many many months has passed since the RP started and Renny didn't join PATCA on his 16th birthday. He had several months on that 16th year and only required a fair bit more before he was going to hit 17.

Ok, Drac, I could respond. But that would take even longer, and Bard's right. And you're arguing semantics at most, the only really solid point you have is that pokemon exist in different regions (and that gets sorta nullified as well, when you realize how easy bird pokemon make travel). So let's just agree that, while the effects of pokemon are limited, they'd still slow down humanity pretty massively. By, say... a millennium? Yeah, sounds about right. Pokemon will eventually get replaced within the next few centuries, as technology develops even further, but so far they're being widely used, still.

Also, I notice a distinctive lack of Impact in that post. Renny's getting tail, Pierce is getting mad, Charlotte is getting a source of comic relief and power. The only two who're missing are Matt and Impact. This disappoints me... But y'know what, it's fine. I can take care of that much myself.
