Sure. Yeah. I'll give you all the files. Mine has a little tampering to include the crit rules and maybe a few others I forgotten, but otherwise it's the same.

Medics can use two items in the same turn, so you could have Melanie buff Kyrie twice or heal someone or buff someone else.

Dracorion 11-09-2010 07:06 AM

Or attack once and heal once.

Menarker 11-09-2010 09:52 PM

There is that option, although I kinda doubt it would be as useful as boosting attackers or healing the injured.

Anyhow, interesting thing I noticed in Bulbapedia regarding slightly modified Crit rules. Stage 6 is 100% crit rate, which is quite a huge jump from 50% at stage 5.

The only reason why I'm mentioning this is because our current crit rules was assuming that stage 6 would be 66% or so. Of course, this is Black/White updates, but just throwing that info up in the open.

That said, getting 6 stage is incredibly difficult. For that matter, it's already damn hard to get 5 stages.

Dracorion 11-09-2010 09:55 PM

Let's keep it 66% until we actually start using Black & White rules.

Menarker 11-09-2010 09:58 PM

Sure, no problem. I'm fine with that.

BTW, I thought of something. The item Dire Hit doesn't actually do anything special now, since X Speed boosts crit chance now since crit and speed are related. I mean, yes it's a stable +1 crit stage that doesn't care about speed, but increasing speed by 1.5x is already a good way to deal with that problem, and you'd get more for it.

What I would suggest is allowing anyone who uses Dire Hit to gain the standard +1 boost to crit and their crits count as massive crit, even when they aren't using moves that would crit that way.

Astral Harmony 11-11-2010 08:29 PM

Hmmm...

Tell ya what. The item Dire Hit will instead function to increase the damage dealt during a critical hit by a percentage of 10% per level up to a maximum of 50%. That's my submittal and you're free to discuss it before we make it official.

Internet is not bad here (I still can't see the pictures at the first post) but I still only have limited hours. They keep me working a much longer time than I did at the other ship.

I think after the Renny and Elizabeth comics, I'll try to sprite Sweet Pierce and Hella Impact just to try and make sense of it, though I feel it would just be a lost cause, although probably a humorous one at that.

If you should happen to care what I've got going on right now, my HeartGold team consists of Empire (49 Meganium), Duskmare (44 Murkrow), Nightcloak (46 Misdreavus), Gundread (48 Forretress), and Deathweb (49 Ariados). It's a solid team, despite three of them being weak to fire (Forretress quad weak to it). I'm preparing to challenge the fifth gym and have pretty much explored everywhere I can go before then, catching the red Gyarados (Krimson) and even happening upon a shiny Magnemite (Goldflux). It doesn't look shiny. It looks sepia toned, like it's in an old movie. Now I'm just whoopin' ass in the grassy area outside of the Safari Zone since that seems to offer the best XP out of any other area I've ran, surfed, or fished through.

Nice idea.

Also, no one cares.

Also also, Bard, I know you like your Hivebent RP, but hurry up and finish your goddamn plan.

Great Bard. Now, I don't suppose I could coax you into actually posting in the RP thread?

Bard The 5th LW 11-11-2010 09:03 PM

Can you wait one day? I'm cramming for a test, but nothing is going on tomorrow.
