Well being outside the law kinda says that you are criminals.

I'm totally copy pasting Jim. Though I might give him a LeMat revolver, and update him to time period as necessary.

I might do the same for Everett, but I'd have to think up a reason for him to suddenly be an outlaw. Shouldn't be too hard, though.
