Doesn't really explain the whole lot of them. Then again, the idea they all successfully killed themselves summoning another poorly named God sounds a likely/satisfactory plot line. :ohdear:

Weren't they slaughtered?

Twice?

I never noticed it either. Didn't pay much attention, though. I'm actually curious now what exactly was ever said about the enlightened warrior prophecy; I remember it was mentioned at least during the class change and Sky Castle arcs, but not exactly what.

Pretty sure the cultists all died during the Sea Shrine arc, with the exception of the one in the epilogue, who was killed by Dr. Unne, who I can only assume has gone from linguist to calamari merchant (possibly working with Akbar, all things considered).

They survived once. Cults are annoying like that. Although it is a fair point, they have been slaughtered a few times.

Nope, Speroni is obviously a hermit, living in a cave somewhere producing awesome art. Somehow, he has a computer in this cave, the logistics are beyond me.

It's possible!

It's getting awfully tempting to set-up a cave/lair/thing...but I don't want to make a bear homeless.
