Professor Smarmiarty 12-07-2009 06:38 AM

Yo it was directed at everyone, including myself.

TheDarkChocobo 12-07-2009 06:41 AM

And i suppose you are giving all your money to charity this season?

Madcow9000 12-07-2009 06:56 AM

I come from Southern Mo. This area is seriously hardcore pro republican, racist, whitest, most anti Obama area in the country. And A lot, and I mean a LOT LOT LOT of these people would benefit greatly from Obama's healthcare reform, but they oppose it and encourage everyone else to oppose it simply for the reasons that he's a Democrat and not white. In the Ozarks, if you ain't white, you ain't right. That's how a the majority of people feel here. Their willful ignorance galls me and if you call them out on it, you're essentially out shouted by people who declare their own personal virtues very loudly.

Yes. At least around here, race is very MUCH a factor and people aren't afraid to say it out loud either due to the cowards assuming that they have the support of their peers. Take them out of their element and their racism disappears until they can find more people who agree with them. Half the people that live around here havn't even SEEN a black person in the flesh.

then that is very 1960's of them. I have denounced those people and their ilk. It's one thing to disagree with a person becasue of their policies, and a completely different one to disagree with a person because of their race.

My whole point was, becasue i am one of the people that disagree with some of the president's policies, don't throw me in with the same lot as those ignorant supremecists.

No because that is not the most effective use of my money. My money that I don't use to live off mostly does goes to funding various communist publications. So yes, I do spend most of my money helping others.
I could do more and I'm upset that I don't but at least I don't try to justify my self-centeredness .
And that argument is completely bullshit anyway.

Disagreeing with public healthcare makes you an ignorant supremicist.
You can disagree with Obama's bill because it's bullshit but not from the standpoint that public healthcare is wrong.

TheDarkChocobo 12-07-2009 07:30 AM

did i ever say public health care was wrong? quote it for me exactly where i said public health care is wrong. Change is needed, but the PELOSI bill is not the way.

And no, my arguement is not bullshit. My family, specifically my children come first above ALL else. So what money i do have left over will be spen on MY CHILDREN. i will make sure MY CHILDREN are provided for in every way possible and if that includes working myself to death so my wife can stay at home with them so be it!

Do not presume to know my intentions about some fucking game!

Professor Smarmiarty 12-07-2009 07:40 AM

In the other thread you complained about government spending YOUR money on healthcare. I can go get you and exact quote if necessary.

And that motivation is meaningless to me. Your children aren't worth the lives of millions.
You can come up with any self serving justification you want, the act itself is still evil.

TheDarkChocobo 12-07-2009 07:42 AM

my children's lives are worth more to me than yours, i can assure you of that.
