When growing a beard, it's best to let it grow out for about a month (or until it's sufficiently thick) before trimming at all.

You'll look stupid during this time, but eh. Just a heads up.

Judging by your shirt, your build and your face it looks like you need to stay away from any soy or yogurt-like product, scarf down some bloody meat, and start doing manly adrenaline painful dangerous things. Yeah, awesome... *goes into dream sequence of all the awesome things you will now go do*

Which is why I stress this once more: I retain my right to veto this beard thing whenever I want. I will still definitely be growing sideburns though even if that happens.

That depends what cound as such things. I do actually exercise, if that's what you mean. I recently stopped eating red meat though, and am planning to go completely vegetarian possibly.

Better than Vegan. But dude, red meat is the best thing in the world. A nice thick steak fresh from the grill. Seared on both sides, cooked perfectly so a little pink in still present (Med-rare). Served with a baked potato and corn. Best meal you could ask for.
