Are we talking normal jetpacks here? Or undersea jetpacks? Because, with that horn, I bet we could get narwhals to supercavitate underwater.

Rhino Pegasuses would be pretty cool. Should they have feather wings or large bat wings?

I'd prefer bat wings, to distance them from the overly sterotypical winged horses.
