Really, that's a summation of NPF.

So I clicked on a thread called '"A Very POS Summer Vacation" sponsored by POS Industries and Viewers Like You', and the first thing I see is,

Prostitution is legal in vegas. If this doesn't increase chances of getting laid, I am not sure what would.

Costs more than free.

Being accosted by a half dozen NPFers while on vacation might do it too.

Legal in Nevada, yes. Vegas, no.

If he's looking to get laid, we both live in Ohio.

It doesn't cost significantly more. In fact, the airfare to Vegas by itself is actually less than it is to Asheville and the added hotel costs for Vegas actually bump it up to be roughly equal to the cost of airfare alone for Asheville (in both cases about $350ish). Vegas only becomes slightly more expensive when you factor in fees to attend and compete at Evo.

As for getting laid, there's realistically about a zero percent chance of it happening on either trip, but given that I'll be hosted in Asheville by an attractive woman who has always had a particularly high opinion of me, I rate its chances slightly higher above zero than I do going to Evo, where I hadn't even considered bothering to try.

EDIT: Actually, maybe Vegas does still have higher odds. Leaning back toward going there instead.

Not it's not. Common misconception. There are, however, cities on the outskirts of Las Vegas that are small enough to have legal prostitution.

I recommend not "getting laid" in Las Vegas; it's full of soulless, drunken tourists. Unless you are soulless yourself and enjoy that kind of thing.

Or you could drive out of vegas and spend a few thousand on some lady with fake tits and bleached hair.

Las Vegas can be done relatively cheaply. Some of the low brow casinos like Circus Circus have cheaper hotel rooms. I think there's also some kind of massive adult arcade somewhere on the strip. Other than that I'm not sure; I stay the hell away from the strip. It's mostly casinos and bars that all look the same with a few big malls sprinkled in.
