You were doing that last round, actually.

Edit: 2 rounds ago.

Uh, on that investigation check... didn't really need one of those, and all that's over there is some more auto turrets.

Totally forgot to do that when I was rolling up that battle round.

You guys can poke me if I forget something like that too. I try not to as I keep everything in a .txt, but APPARENTLY I miss things sometimes.

Dauntasa 01-17-2010 03:49 AM

CABAL/Rapter, can you please start fighting back? We need help with those turrets, and if you take too much damage you can always go back around the corner.

Krylo 01-17-2010 03:50 AM

If it makes you feel better, they fought that last round.

'cause I didn't know what they were doing, 'cause they hadn't posted for a round or two.

Dauntasa 01-17-2010 03:54 AM

Really? 'Cause the post says that they were just waiting.

Krylo 01-17-2010 03:56 AM

I think you are looking at the wrong post:

There are 2 turrets

Turrets are 16 paces from Velmontand George, 18 paces from everyone else. Guard 3 has partial cover proving +10 EVA. Everyone who isn't Velmont/Jack/George currently has full cover as they are around the corner, and can not be struck by Guard 3 or the turrets blasters. Jack and Guard have full cover.

Guard 3 is 18 paces from Velmont/George, and 20 paces from everyone else.

Turret 1: -36/?? Shield. Actual HP -20/??.
Turret 2: -20/??
Guard 3: -10/??

George 13/29 hp

No, we were both listed doing combat. But both of us are not built for combat. We're support characters. If you duck back I can work on healing you with nothing, but without armor I am not going to be on the front lines. Perhaps this should have been thought of before abandoning a plan.

As for Krylo, I apologize. I am still behind this. I promise to be a more active coward.

Krylo 01-17-2010 04:12 AM

s'cool. No need to apologize.

I was just worried there was some real problems I'd have to work out to keep people playing.

PhoenixFlame 01-17-2010 07:52 AM

If I may... /strategist

The turrets don't move, so they can't chase you. Team evil in general seems to be a bit short of combat focused characters, so I might suggest trying to exploit the turrets most obvious weakness, the fact that they are automatons.

Jam their fire control somehow? Failing that, got smoke?

CABAL49 01-17-2010 01:22 PM

Actually, I wonder if the turrets would target T5. He is one of their droids and might be considered a friendly. Either way his size might make it easier for him to slip past the turrets and turn off the turrets.

PhoenixFlame 01-17-2010 06:27 PM

Thanks to the wonderous wonders of the internet, position should be relatively irrelevant.
