I'm totally adding a red bandanna around Carapi's arm. Also, he can cure a headache with pressure points. It's like acupuncture, only with fingers instead of needles. Of course he can cure everything else with bandages. Bandages fix everything.

Ok, we have a fighter, captain, doctor, cook, and sniper. We need a navigator, but, more importantly, we need a musician! Music is the heart of the pirate soul! Maybe a ship wright, too, I dunno. Mauve, get on it.

General rule was that individuals defined their character's Position, so whoever wants to be first mate will be first mate.
