Hell, if all the agents in Team Rocket were just laughably inept villains, then they wouldn't have gotten far enough to even make it to HeartGold and SoulSilver.

Well, in their defense, they were thrashed by RED. Seriously, he's practically revered as the Chuck Norris of Pokemon among official longstanding NPC characters.

The new villains of B/W is Team Plasma, and they apparently try very hard to be discreet in their plans to avoid the sort of interference the other teams get.

I hate it how their names all sound the same. God forbid they change it up a little and name it something like the Plasma Syndicate. Hell, maybe a simple name change is all they need to stop being defeated by teenagers and children.
