Psionics was just a quick and easy way to have magic-like powers without the "WOOHOOMAGICICANDOANYTHINGWITHMAGIC!!!1!!1" mindset that some people tend to get and the kinda complex/hard to police stuff like the sigil system from ER. Well, by and large the MoH is human, so, yeah, she could be a werewolf. I'm not saying I'm going to let that happen gamewise, but technically she could be a werewolf since she is human.
