I've discovered from Yahtzee The Only Good Comics On The Internet.

i think i heard about it from the animated comics on newgrounds

I found it through VG Cats and the characters intrigued me. There's just something about the complexity of BM that I relate to. He does exactly what we all want to, but don't.

It was during a game of D&D when the DM started banging his head on the table saying "its funny when it happens on 8 bit but not in my game!" I had to see what he was talking about through his sobs and tears!

Well Legendary Frog did an intro based off 8-bit, but the site was down. Then ages later I saw the ones on Newgrounds and finally came to this site :P

This was the first 8bT I read, way back before BC moved to Orlando . . .

I have no idea where I got the link from, now that I think of it. It was back when I read under two dozen comics . . . I think . . .

It wasn't VGCats, I got the link to there from here . . .
I doubt it was Cloud's Mystery Hour (anyone remember that?)
. . .
PA or PvP maybe?

I remember the first one I read was #8 or 9. It was just something a friend recommended to me in an IM, and if I want my friends to go look at whatever I want them to, that means I have to do the same for them. Luckily 8-bit theater is awesome, and I eagerly gobbled up new episodes up until around 300 or so. I think then I decided to wait a couple weeks in between reading instead of checking every day, so it wouldn't be so bad a wait. But then I started forgetting about it and only remembering every few months that I hadn't been keeping up with it. And since I forgot what had happened before I kept having to re-read the previou 30 or so panels, heh but I didn't mind.

and I thought............. By all that is sick, twisted and perverted.....THATS ME!!!

Been keeping up with his antics ever since
