Episode 622. That was, by far, the greatest of dashed hopes. I also liked Fighter's skeleton analogy.

My favorite fighter moment was when he stabbed the vampire wanna be with a fencepost (w/a COW impaled on it) because it was 'wood in steak'. & when the flaming cow was launched into the vegan's HQ.
When the team was in the dark elf's spider cave, I enjoyed that story arch. Funny stuff. Ok.didn't post exact numbers. Sorry

My favorite one is the speech blackbelt gives right in the comic where he dies.

My favorite is the epilogue, haven't any of you seen it yet?

The 4 white mages punchline. I'm of the opinion that few things are funnier than a well-timed "GOD DAMNit" and Clevinger is a master at it.
