you are worrying too much about the exact numbers, I have no intention of counting off the exact number. Point is to give you guys a rough idea. Basically I am just saying, this is an exposition fight to show off what you can do. Wanna nuke a ship, go ahead, got two others. There will be fights with sturdier enemies, ships, ect. But this is not it.

though if you want to keep track of 50 people, and exactly what each one is doing, feel free too. I'm not gonna do so much micromanaging for cannon fodder enemies

You're kind of Arguing semantics Men he's giving a rough estimate and it's up to us to slaughter them!!

phil_ 05-13-2010 08:13 PM

What weirds me out is Menarker's continued use of the terms "die" and "kill." This is One Piece; no one dies in One Piece. Except in flashbacks, but this isn't one of those, either.

Wait, do I need a color for my text? Anybody take grey yet?

Aerozord 05-13-2010 08:17 PM

Phil, you haven't been reading the last few chapters, have you?

phil_ 05-13-2010 08:18 PM

Those don't count. Also, LightBlue is like gray but blue, so it's better.

Aerozord 05-13-2010 08:31 PM

besides the main fighters have no issue with killing. they dont go out of their way to kill but certainly do. Or did you think all those cannon fodder pirates Zoro cuts down were sleeping?

Premmy 05-13-2010 08:31 PM

yes

krogothwolf 05-13-2010 08:33 PM

I always thought they just went into another dimension.

phil_ 05-13-2010 08:38 PM

They're sleeping. Sleeping from heavy blood loss, but they're sleeping.

Nobody ever dies. They just pass out so they can come back three chapters later, with new attacks. And the grunts? They just come back in different costumes. They've been beating up the same six dudes for years now.

EDIT- H'okay, some changes to Mikhail's powers.

Mik still has no control over whether his luck is good or bad, but he can control who it affects and how it affects them.

Cards: Mikhail carries a deck of playing cards which he can use to gauge his fortune. Cutting the deck to reveal one card will show whether his luck is good or bad. 2 through 7 means bad luck, while 8 through the face cards and the ace are good luck. 2 is the worst, ace is the best.

Luck Transfer- Mik has several ways of affecting his surroundings with his powers.

Touching someone will directly transfer Mik's luck to that person. Mik can also amplify his powers to affect everyone within a 10-15 foot radius of him; he can do this at will. He can also choose who to exclude from this radius, even if they're standing next to him.

He can also affect luck by using his cards. Planting a card on someone or something will give that person or object the fortune associated with the card he gives them. This isn't affected by Mik's personal luck-- He could be having a bad day, but give you a card that gives you good luck.

Lemmie know if this is overpowered.
