NPF Forumites Comic
 

I was or am planning to create a sprite comic featuring all the forumites with sprites. I was posting this to get permission from those people and hope to have a discussion about it and what the theme of it should be.

Well, your welcome to us me. Though I am quite curious as to everyone's take on me. Though for ideas of a plot and such, umm nothing comes to mind right away. I guess you could do something like everyone saving the mods from the danger of something like a rival comic or something.

Mayhaps you would post a list of people you plan to use. Unless you're using this space to take requests, it would probably be efficient to tell us who exactly you want permission from.

I would think that everyone who posted their sprite sheet in the NPF Sprite Sheet thread has already given permission for them to be used. Of course, I could be wrong.

Although some ask for permission before actual use. I want to know who wants to be in it so I know which sprites to use.

I'd be honored to have you put me in your comic, RMB. As for a plot, how about something mysterious where forumites have been mysteriously disappearing for some mysterious reason? It'd be a... mystery.

Can my character be in it? Is it a problem that he's not original(Jack from TNBC)?

Additionally, for the sake of the reader, it might be best to use sprites all from the same source. Ie. All Final Fantasy Sprites, or whathave you.

I find a lot of people using 8bit sprites and 16 bit sprites in conjuntion and, really, it just doesn't look good.

Sure, why not? And if you need any advice, don't hesitate to ask me - it's not like I have anything better to do with my time now that finals are over anyway. Hell, I've already made enough ApathyMan strips to go for the week; mucho tiempo en mis zapatos. Yes, I do know that last part didn't make any sense. I also don't care.
