As Bismuth poked him, Kings rolled over again. "No mommy, I don't like butterscotch..." He mumbled in his sleep.

But surely enough, the fire seemed to burn calmly again.

"Hey, it keeps the warmth in," Ssuma noted. "And if he makes a hole for air somewhere it ain't all that bad... of course, air's always a problem. I'd actually be more concerned about carbon dioxide from the combustion building up and killing us through hypoxia..."

When he saw Shael looking at him, he shrugged.

"What can I say, I do my reading sometimes."

Samoht got up from his sitting place.

"Well, I DON'T LIKE IT!"

Samoht raised his arm up, his hand crackling with electricity. A swirling current of electricity began to spiral up the length of his arm, focusing in his palm. With a bit of a recoil, a thick bolt of lighting shot from his fist, and struck the trunk of the tree. The tree shook violently.

"Now either get down, or the next one is aimed right at your head."

(OOC: That felt really, really good. And not as god-modding as it could have been. :) )

Ssuma turned to watch the commotion, grinning in the way crocodiles do.

"This should be interesting..."

Relik enjoyed breathing, and moving, so he turned around his Storm Scepter until the head was aiming towards the sky. Then he concentrated a little and created a blast of hail from the head. The hail broke through the personal barrier around him, destroying it. He then sat up and watched the dark elf attack the icy elf.

"...your impulsiveness sickens me." Directing his words at the dark elf, ignoring his command he stayed in the air, he would gain more range for his eyes that way. He snapped his fingers the shell and the barriers shattering instantly from each of the individuals. He began another spell, this time for himself, three ice orbs began to materialize from the air then circled around the character at a high speed.

"...touch me with that bolt and it will be sent back three times the force..." He warned, he stood in the air his eyes serving watchguards, it was visible that his face was now scarred with large long cuts, the spell obviously took a toll on him. He braced himself, the pain was nothing new he had experienced before.

(OOC: I've always found that any problem can be solved with the mass burning of things. Like rome.)

"And if you guys don't be quiet and let me sleep, I'll torch the whole darn forest down!" A grumpy Kings barked from his bed of fire. "That way I'll not only get some peace and quiet, but I'll regain myself! Then we'll see who's impulsive!" The diminutive Kings held up a ball of fire over his hand.

"Okay, Mr. ICEE, You put down the ice, Samoht, you put down the thunder, and we can resolve this with words. Or I can burn you all to hell. Which sounds better?"

<Damn, It just occured to me that this would sound so much more intimidating if I didn't look like I'm asking where I can find my mommy!>

"...what makes you superior to me?" The orbs still levitating around him gradually reduced in speed, the lines in his hands grew in size, his supressed anger was being held in far too long so he released the orbs dissipating them. "...fine, have your rest." He glided over to a nearby branch standing on it with his nearly weightless body.

"Come on guys," Liana said, slamming her hand down on one of the circles she had made while the others were fighting. A pike shot out of the ground where the alchemy circle once sat. Once the pike was completely made, she grabbed the hilt and brought it down to rest next to her, keeping her hand on it. With the recent rise in aggression amongst the group, she wanted to keep a weapon close to her just in case. Until then, she had assumed that she could trust all of these people, but she was a little wary of them now. Plus, anything could attack them while they were camping.

"We're lucky to have escaped with our lives, don't start fighting now." And with that she started drawing a series of alchemy circles in a circle around her. After she was satisfied, she relaxed a bit and yawned. It was getting hard to stay awake, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to fall asleep just yet.

(OOC: she made a circle of alchemy circles, so that just in case, she can be ready if something were to attack. Just hit the circle, and she's ready.)

"Yeah, listen to the lady. And whatever your name is, ice boy, I'm keeping my eye on you. We just got whomped by a bunch of magic-eaters, and believe me, I'm looking for an excuse to smoke you like a salmon. If nothing else, it'll be stress relief."

He turned to Liana, looking thoughtfully at her alchemy circles and the pike she had just conjured.

"Excuse me, little lady, but how did you make that pike? Or is your special power "making thing appear out of nowhere?"

Liana smiled a bit, "Heh, you could say that." she joked, "actually, it's just alchemy. Each transmutation circle lets me transmute one thing out of something else," She pointed to one of the alchemy circles, "Like this one here can turn a bit of the ground into another weapon quite quickly."

"...underestimating someone is not a good trait." He would now try to avoid conflict as much as possible but it just came back like a boomerang, his hands grasped on the hilt of his massive sword, itching to strike at anyone who dares to threat at him. He closed his eyes and counted to 10, "...why did I bother."

Orin, who hadn't quite been interested in everything going on around him, was half asleep the whole time everything with Lithe had been going on. The bolt of lightning Samhot had sent out jostled him, but sleep was something his body and mind found more interesting that socializing. Drifting off into slumber, Orin left his small area, which was still a little farther out from everyone else, in a bit of a mess. Yanking out everything to find a blanket for the night, Orin felt too tired to put everything back, so he just bunched it up near his bag.

Relik laid down once again, this time using his travel log as a pillow. He was getting tired, and hoped that everyone would calm down and sleep all ready.

"I see... very nice trick you have there, miss. Well, go ahead and sleep, I'll keep a lookout for any nasties."

Ssuma settled into his place by the fire.He saw a piece pof wood and picked it up, then began whittling it down with his claw. As he did, he kept his eyes open for possible threats, like the sociopathic frost elf.

Eventually, everyone either went to sleep, or stayed up and did gaurd duty silently.
