Sign ups are always open, but you've been rejected.
Pryos, about the mile long jumping. That should be changed to a much smaller distance |
How about a football field?
Edit: Fire spirits can fly, Pyrosians Can't, due to a Magical and spiritual "heavyness" (which is a curse for their bouts of extreme rage in which they slaughter their enemies), They can somewhat fight gravity, which was a part of King's defeat of hielos, but shortly after being midair they'll still come crashing to the ground. Using their physical strength along with this very weak flight ability, and they can jump very high. It's somewhat like Crickets and roaches, who can't fly with their wings, but by flapping their wings and leaping they can leap great distances. There is a downside to this, as the farther kings will jump, the lower he will be to the ground, the opposite true as well. Which can be bad in some situations. As he can't control his direction mid-jump, and he obviously can't see those things from that far away, he'll sometimes find himself hitting things very hard, ala george of the jungle. Or he'll land in something nasty, like say water or lava. Also he can't do it when wet, and he can't do anything greater than 7 meters at the moment since his current weakness, which will be with him far far into the concieveable future of the RP if I'll have anything to do with it. Normally Kings would probably just ditch the group and venture on his own, but weak as he is he'll have to stick with them. Also Kings does little for virtue, so he's easier to do something "good" if the people he's following for safety. |
I was thinking much smaller then that. Unless you can give me a good reason why fire spirits would have super jumping powers.
|
I can.
Fire heats up air. Air expands. Therefore, he could jump and the air below him could rapidly expand. Then rise, expanding the air above that, continuously following him. |
The big part of a grasshoppers jump is their legs, their freakishly powerful legs.
Also, I'm just going to give you 50 yard jumps. Lastly, why would Pyros remain weak for a long time? Dante, remember, Ssuma is a lizard. And I think you are the one that explained to Pyros (Not PyrosNine) how lizards mate. |

Also 50 yards will do, as I've never mastered any knowledge of the metric or the other system we use here in america. As far as I care, He jumps far usually works. Until someone asks. And about the guy who managed to get my screen name first (jerk), Kima Azure called me Nein to differentiate against the two of us. I've taken to it, so if you guys want you can call me Nein. Or 9, or Nine. It's also helpful to know my love of burning things is far greater than forumer Pyros. As for Pyros being the eldest of the Pyrosians, is purely conicidental. |
IHMN, erm... so am I allowed to sense life force or not? I'm confused in the tone you left at the end of the comment about my comment... Did you just say "yes, but play it down a little bit"?
Dante: Unless you can chuck another fully-fledged magic eater at Bismuth without her escaping, then you're hard-pressed to force her back into human form unless she finds some clothes XD |
Rhiya, she can sense life force. But for magical beings, all she can really see is if they are alive or not, since they're mostly magic. So, for example, she wouldn't have noticed Theran waking up and recovering, because he is a faerie.
|
ok... well, there goes my empathy skills out the window *sigh*
So for purely magical beings, Bismuth can sense life force, but for other beings that also possess the normal life force, she can use the works? |
