The Story

As said in the 8bit chat tonight, this just makes it more imperitive that we destroy Russia.

That's awesome! I hope she wins. Then I'll sue her for making the entire planet that much dumber. It impedes my ability to not go nuts and kill everyone in my general vicinity.

If you're destroying countries because they have a few wackos like that, then prepare to aim those missles at your neighborhood, cause they're everywhere.

This type of thing is sadly commonplace anymore. It's just this ones against a bigger organization that is also a government institution.

they should play a joke on her and tell her she won the case, then just never pay her. hahahaha

This is especially funny if you're theistic. Note: I say just put them in a room, let them settle it...but never let them out of the room.

You guys hear about the guy who sued some restaurant cause he burnt his tongue drinking coffee? Thats why we have the word HOT on the styrafoam cups.

THeres also the lady that sued about a finger in her wendys chilli.

then theres also the ect ect ect.

the world is filled with dumb people ready to sue.

I read this a coupel of weeks ago in News of the Wierd.

Peopel are sue-happy.

Actually, if you're thinking of the case I am, there was a lot of legitimacy to that lawsuit. There is no reason to keep coffee above certain temperatures - there was the McDonald's case in which a woman got severe burns (esspecially considering the circumstances) from spilled coffee. Heck, I'd sue 'em if that were me. Medical Bills, and pain & suffering.


However, in general a LOT of frivoulous lawsuits happen frequently. Did'ya hear the one about the burglar who WON his lawsuit against the owners of a home he was attempting to rob becuase he fell through their ceiling windows?

I know this sounds harsh but we should collect the people who make stupid claims and fire them into the Sun.
