Mega-Man; Just bought the anniversary collection
 

Is Mega-Man awsome? Yes. Every single game on this disc is good. Hard. But really, really, really (no, really) good.

Tips? Comments? Mega-man memories? Favorite bad-guy?

I got this compilation and was ticked that some of the games are locked at the start. Just give me what I paid good money for, dangit! Still good, though.

Megaman 6 is fairly easy, if not completly ridiculous (Centaur man gives you the time stop power!?). but i swear to all creation: Mega Man 8 is hte hardest game ever coded.

but still, the main reason i play it is for Mega Man 2&3, which coincidentaly happens to be the pinnacle of MIDI music.

I've never played many of the original Megaman games, besides Megaman soccer. I've beaten Megaman Zero and the more recent games and I owned Megman X7 for a small amount of time involving my sister leaving the back door open.

So I decide to go retro and play a few old megaman games, and what do I discover? They're hard. It's a bit like life. And that despite my achievement in killing three bosses, I've failed in life. I'll get the sonic collection instead.

I picked this up whenever it was that it came out and played the absolute hell out of it. I think I ended up beating all of 'em except for one or two games maybe... I noticed it calling out to me from the game rack the other day, hah. I might have to give it another go sometime soon.

Its got me outta my no-gaming funk, thats for sure. Biggest complaint? Mega man 8, andthe fact that none of the games let me play as rush.

Dammit, it hasn't come out in PAL version at all as far as I can tell.
There's serious problems for a country if we can't get MegaMan.

The First had me nearly break my Duke x-box controller in half. The big controller. In half.

But on the plus side I got to play Mega-man 3 again. Can you say Top Man, and the most useless power EVER! Well until you get to the final Wily fight...

So far the only one I haven't mastered is the original. Like I said, I hate Guts man's level.
