Nice job, Dante, very descriptive and realistic. For those of you too immature to read it, there is an easy solution. Skip it, or take all the metaphors and allusions literally.

So how easily should I be able to remove Kirakiri? I mean, Kirakiri is split into two, which obviously means his powers are divided, and myself didn't get very much action throughout the actionpacked night, aside from getting hit with the Ranseur and having the air sucked out of me. And then there's the explosion and the twin super-punches.

By the way, is there any rules that go when you have your character split, like the power divided thing? Like how far can they be seperate from another? And if one's doing something, is it hard to do two tasks at once?

Simply a little wondering on my part, but how do those on team good take a simple look at Koyuki and tell that she's a dog-demon? I know it has little bearing on anything, it's just a little continuity blip.

The only distinguishing features she has are stripes, claws, and little radar-dish dog ears. She might easily be mistaken for a Wolf, Bear, Ect demon, or perhaps a kitsune, should you miss the claws.

Well, Koyuki and Raikotsu are going to go take over a small farming community, because if you're evil, and there are houses around, why sleep outside?

Phoenix just showed us something called "evil logic". Also called "Dragonsbane logic" by her, at one point.

Pyros spent a great amount of time in his youth at a demon hunting village (trapped in a small barrier mind you) and was capable of seeing and hearing most of the lessons taught to the youth of the village. So it would be an insult to say he couldn't tell the difference. That and Pyros spent much time with a wolf companion, who should be in this rp but isn't due to my forgetfulness, so he would know what a wolf's characteristics were that made it not a dog. Seeing none of those at all on her, she's obviously a doggie.

As for the others, you can attack them not unlike you would a mailman for their sudden burst of omnicientness.

As for holding my breath, Holding my breath merely means that I hold my need to breathe for a while. Not holding in already-oxygen-depleted-air in my lungs.

I think we should avoid seeing Ishumo until he's around, this time.

I look back over my characters special abilities, and they're fairly nebulous in how they're preformed. Especially Hitokiri No Rinbu. And they're all techniques, as opposed to true "special" abilities. So, how about I just make Koyuki's special schtick be essence channeling? Still tied to weapon, allows a bit more versatility than giving me a mere two sword techniques.

Again, essence channeling is obviously draining, so Koyuki'll be using these moves sparingly, as using many of the powerful ones will run her dry quickly. More often than last battle's single technique in a single battle, but not every post.

You know Pyros, Kirakiri is watching you the entire time. If he was discovered like that, he would have struck immediately. That aside, I don't think it would even be possible to touch the ceiling with a wing. Besides that, Kirakiri is doing the equivalent of lurking in the air ducts. He's not just sitting on the ceiling in the open, he'd be lurking on top of a beam or something.

Ah good point. Perhaps he smells you? I wrote that particular post in a rush.

Essentially, her sword allows her to channel her demonic essence into powerups for combat? Sounds fair to me. From what you explained in our conversation, I would say that this is perfectly alright.

Not powerups per-se, but rather just the attacks and parries that incorporate essence-channeling are superior to a standard action, with an essence cost tagged onto them. She restores her essence with mortal blood and flesh, which is why she dosen't subsist on a regular diet.

Example, a swift damage dealer like Mikazuki No Mai, or a simple more powerful attack, or a superior parry, which I feel I'm going to need agaisnt some of Kurama's scary moves. More versatile than Krylo's WMD-fist, but less powerful and a bit more costly. Requires she has her sword, and only the Angetsu Shouten, which is specifically designed for this. Offensive channeling is effective agaisnt mortals, mediocre agaisnt demons.

Y'know, that would help team good alot. Having your enemies knock themselves out would make our jobs easier, as the only obstacles would be stepping over the bodies :p

Anyway, chapter 3 (the new one) was either a typo or a continuation. I am guessing typo.

You know Pyros, I do have my doubts about hearing Kirakiri 'breathing sneakily' as well. I'm not trying to be nit-picky but it something about it doesn't quite seem right. If Kirakiri is at rest and waiting for the people in the room to leave, why would he suddenly breathe loudly? And don't forget that this is on an airship, a craft filled to the brim with steam pipes, pistons, strange humming things and various other things that make noise.

I hope I'm not being too nitpicky. I'll leave you to decide what you want to do and whether you discover Kirakiri or not. Just make sure it makes sense.

As for the extent of Kirakiri's powers while divided, the two halves can act fully independently of each other. They are a little weaker than when he is whole and also can not mimic specific forms. The two forms also have to be relatively similiar in shape. He can't create as large forms as he can when whole and his shifting tends to be slower too. The distance they can separate is far enough that it wouldn't really come up unless someone specifically set up to take advantage of it. Let's just say, greater than the length of the airship for now and leave it at that.

EDIT: Uh, shouldn't someone on Team Evil have noticed that Kirakiri seems to have disappeared of the face of the earth? He's the type that does tend to disappear for short periods of time, but it has been a while now. There's also the fact he didn't participate in the battle.

Nobody cares about him. He has no charisma! :p

And who would honestly care about the dissappearance of a shapeshifter, when they have a hot priestess touching herself?

Well, you can tell I wrote it at 1:00 in the morning. If someone with more modly powers *coughKrylocough* could change it to chapter 4, I would greatly appreciate it.

I won't be able to post for the next one or two days owing to my shifting to campus and getting a new laptop. So just assume Chikane's bouncing Chiyo up and down her lap while secretly feeling her up.

You have now just put a terrible image into my head. I swear on the orange juice that's an actual ingredient in my Sundrop (R) soda, that if your new laptop doesn't burst into flames the very moment you read this post, I'll eat my hat.

...Then again, since I decided to give White Kimono an organization that communicates by writing messages on the numerous legs of tarantulas, Chikane has quite a number of ladies to sexually assault should I decide to put them to use other than brief appearances, which I most likely won't until much later in the RPS.

Hmm, this is unfortunate Toastburner. I'm in the middle of writing a rather large post that involves Kirakiri sneaking off. He's nobody's fool.
