Yojimbo.

Samurai guy, with a big sword who can do instant kills if he likes you enough and you pay him enough.

Yojimbo. I never seemed to be able to please him. Bastard.

Fave summon...Odin in Final Fantasy VII...I mean..you can see the strength, the frightening power he brings...gaaawaha.
Too bad he was such a wuss in VIII.

I also have to say Yojimbo.

I've always liked Bahamut in all his forms and incarnations. I also like the Chocobo summons.

There's nothing silly about being trampled by giant flightless birds.

Leviathan from FFVIII. He creates a slide out of rock and self-destructs to send a massive wave of water flying down the slide and crashing into the enemy with incredible force.

I never bothered getting Yojimbo. I had Bahamut, so I didn't see the point. And why do you have to pay him anyhow? He's a freaking aeon. What does he do with the money?

Outside of Final Fantasy, I would have to say Luceid from Wild Arms 3. Anyone who's seen it will know why. ;)

Tritoch, because of my emotional connection to the masterpiece that is FF6. Ah, your first Phantom Beast encounter...or Esper. Whatever, the Japanese version calls it Phantom Beast :P

I love that eerie music that plays when you first meet it...

FF7 - Bahamut Zero (Satelite strike from a dragon is awesome)
FF8 - Eden
FFX - Bahamut, hands down. He just exudes power and confidence with his every move.
Legend of Dragoon - The Red Eyed Fire Dragon is downright awesome.
Kingdom Hearts - I had fun bringing Genie in to make with the fireworks.

All in all, my favorite belongs with FFX's Magus Sisters. They're funny and ridiculously overpowered.

Best ever no doubt Knights of the round even if it does go on a bit long
