Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

Which class do you like to give Marche? I'm trying to go Paladin/Hunter with Dual Sword and the "block and riposte" ability, so does anyone know a beter build?

FOr that matter, does anyone knwo how to do the PalaHunter build properly?

I usally give Marche a Ninja/Fighter or a Ninja/Black Mage. He is the only Black Mage that can do 200 damage at level 20 (the level I'm currently at). Basicly I mix anything with my double sworded ninja.

And with the Palahunter there I would just learn the hunters abilities and switch over to the Paladan for his high defence and awsome holy attacks. Or if you like to catch monsters get the Paladens Subdue ability and go with hunters capture abilty.

man i gotta get this game. i went to Best Buy the saturday after christmas and they were all sold out or something. they had lots of 'Frogger' though. woo.

DUDE! My Marche is a paladin/hunter. What I did was a built up hunter stuff like sonic boom, auto-regen, and advice. After some of those, I swapped to paladin to get holy sword, then switched between the jobs depending on which job had better stuff to learn. You'll want concentrate, which I believe is an archer skill. Actually, I'm trying to build up some soldier abilities, with concentrate, those breaks are deadly. I finally mastered the hunter job after over 60 hours of play.

I have two questions of my own, one is how do you get the alchemist class? I know it's for nu mous and I have 1 nu mou who is a sage/white mage, working on black mage. My second question is what is everyone's favorite combo of classes. I'm fond of red mage/summoner.

Ok,to get the Alchemist job you need to master three white mage abilites and five black mage abilities, all A-abilties of course. And my favorite combo would be the Red Mages also.

I'd stick with a Sage/Whitemage combo meself...you get all the healing and protection spells, plus the best attack spells (BIO RULES!)...Alchemist is ok, but I've always thought it was a poor man's Sage...

And I went for a Ninja/Paladin for my Marche...double sword, all the veils, plus Nurse and Holy Sword...

wow, i only have one more black mage ability for my nu mou for him to become an alchemist. btw, which weapon or armor or whatever gives a ninja the double sword ability?

Dante 01-02-2004 09:32 PM

Nosada. Quite ahrd to get, IIRC. But you can train two abilities at once, or one ability twice as fast, which is t3h 0wnz.

The nodasa sword gives you the double sword ability. But it takes 999 AP to learn it though, there hard to find. I'm a FFTA freek.

If you think bio rules, wait till you find mega-flare. I'm having trouble mastering classes, are there just some weapons I need to find because I've checked all the shops and done like 200 missions. The ninja, sage, and paladin classes are especially getting on my nerves, I NEED to master them!
