Zelda Delayed to Next Year
Dang it...I know they're just trying to make it better...but I thought a freakin' GameCube for this game, and I had nothing else to do in November. Oh well, at least I'll have more time to pay off my reserved copy. ::sniff:: |
wow..that is so stupid! it had BETTER have freaking amazing gameplay and other stuff now. i was really looking forward to it..damnit!
wait, it still is going to be for Gamecube right?? if it is going to be for the Revolution then i seriously feel like going to Japan to kill them.. as for the game in general, i STILL cant believe the amazing jump in graphical changes. it looks UNBELIEVABLE! i cant wait until it comes out! |

If they decide to ditch the GC and put the game on the Revolution, you'll find me someone in the Pacific ocean trying to find Godzilla so I can get him to attack Japan for me. |
Dude. DUDE!
This had better be the greatest Zelda game ever. Like, ever including the future. All Zelda games, compared to Twilight Princess, should be a giant let down, even the first game. Now what am I going to play?! Oh, and the new screenshots are pretty neat. |
Well, at least this will give me a little more time to save up for a Gamecube. I already have to replace my PS2, plus I have to save for college (ug.)
At least they're delaying it for the better. To improve it also bring's in more players, because it will then look and be a better game. Unlike such games as Enter the Matrix or the last Tomb Raider. ETM was rushed, looked good and sucked balls. Tomb Raider was always delayed, looked good, sucked balls. With the newest LOZ, we should all expect greater things with this delay. |
What more can Nintendo do to turn of gamers????? I bought a Gamecube specifically for this game (well, that and Mario Kart and SSB). Now, I'm likely to be playing Halo 3 before this?
DAMN YOU NINTENDO! *Hysterical Laughing* |
I don't mind. I'm gonna get a ton of games and the like for Christmas and my birthday, since they fall near each other. I can't play everything at once.
Wind Waker was released around that time, if I recall, and it was a good thing, since there weren't a ton of blockbusters all beating down the door for the holiday rush. I think OoT was also delayed, even repeatedly, and look how that turned out. As long as it's released before the new Duke Nukem... |
I don't know. I'm sure it will be good, and I don't take this much of a cynical approach to it, but I'll quote Tim Rogers:

They actually did it for the monies, from what I heard. They had a bad fiscal year (not bad bad, but more like not what they wanted.) and wanted to make sure they made some good money.
Oh well, at least I get a chance to get a golden disc or whatever, as they usually sell golden zelda cartridges and whatnot first for their games. I dont' have the money now to buy it, so this gives me time to be ready. As for the supposed gayness of link, that is just because of recent fads. (though you should look for a thread entitled "What video game characters wouldn't say" for one of my posts that makes fun of that matter) The biggest thing is that Link isn't some supermacho man, like Ryu from Ninja Gaiden, and that his greatest strength is the power of his heart(s) If they ever made link out to be like some guy with the physique of the Governator, he'd not be a hit. Besides, having an effeminate guy kicking ass is somewhat empowering for my scrawny self. |
Err, I think you missed the point entirely. That's not what I or Tim Rogers were saying about Wind Waker or Zelda. Plsreaditagainokbye
