What Squishy McComplainsalot here is talking about is that just before Beowulf got the dirt on Graves and Kreish, Coyote died fighting the Agents when his true identity was discovered. Coyote was able to create one last clone of himself, his son Raven, who got away and has carried on Coyote's legacy.

Actually, the creation of Raven occured while Cyber Force was searching for the location of Mastermind's Japan Island Base. It was Raven who gave Kaitiln and Monk details confirming Scrya and Wolf's data on the Torishima Island facility.

A lot of stuff to absorb though, so the confusion is understandable.
