I like Lee's voice! What's dorkier than trying to sound cool?

The guy sounds like a parody of old kung-fu movies, and I think that's what he's going for. While it's probably different from the Japanese voice, it isn't awful or even bad. It's (intentionally) funny.

Dude, Gai-sensei FOR THE WIN!

Having not seen Gai's debut in the Japanese anime (I read the manga), I thought that Gai was drop-dead hilarious. Check out this CUH-RAYZAY quote:

"I'm faster than Kakashi. And stronger. Please take notice of my manly features."

Yeah, I might've combined the two here, but he's still the greatest nonetheless.

The combined insanity of Gai and Rock Lee is greater than Pie and Muffins combined. :D

I also agree with the way they voiced Lee. They wanted the whole "Chinese Martial Arts Hero badly voiced for the US" schtick, and it worked nicely.

Meh, I like the dubed version. I'm kinda glad they cut some stuff out of it. It could be worse, like the dubed One Peice.
