This seems appropriate, as today, in the newspaper comic MONTY, they posed this question:

"If you take half of your 'Half & Half,' would that make it '1/4 & 1/4,' or '1/8 & 1/8?'"

I found this to be quite baffling as I could not conceive which one it could possibly be.
