So....many.......games..........

Alright, thanks to a friend in a Math major and some serious cutbacks, I have managed to arrange my college budget to allow me to get a game this month. The question is.....which one?

I already have Ninja Gaiden Black and Radiata Stories, so I'm not looking at those.

But some really good ones are out. Marvel Nemesis, X-Men Legends II, Ultimate Spiderman. Those are only a few.

But, are there any suggestions?

My advice is to concentrate on beating Ninja Gaiden Black and Radiata Stories, save your money, and then when you do finally finish them, the games you mentioned will be available used and you could get a couple of them instead of just one.

Well, if you're still in dire need of something else, I suggest Suffering: Ties That Bind. If you played the first game, there's more of its disturbing and very dark atmosphere to love, especially if you love freaky creatures. Careful of the Triggermen, Suppressors, and Isolationists. They're the most dangerous of the new lot.

do you have friends? do they like to play video games? if so, then you'll probaly wanna drop some money on X-Men Legends II, its pretty damn good. other than that, i'd say hold on to your money for the next big gaming flood.

Well, TheInfernalStorm says no to Marvel Nemesis.

I would go with the playing your current games and buying games when they are cheaper. Ninja Gaiden will give you all the action you need, and Radiata Stories has 170+ characters for you to collect.

F.E.A.R. comes out this month, if you've got the machine to run it. Half-Life 2 on Xbox if you don't. Soul Calibur 3 as well. October is a great month to be a gamer.

Strangely, I'm in the same boat. Have three games I have yet to complete, and still swarmed by the massive amounts of titles coming in.

Sometimes I wish they'd just stop making games for a month so I could just catch up. That or freeze time.

Soul Calibur III – oct 25
Mega Man X Collection Capcom November 1,
Star Wars Battlefront II LucasArts November 1, 2005
Castlevania: Curse of Darkness Konami November 8, 2005
The Matrix: Path of Neo Atari November 8,.
Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones Ubisoft December 6, 2005
Samurai Shodown V SNK Playmore October 18, 2005
Black & White 2 Electronic Arts October 4, 2005

And i just finished downloading Fallout 1, Fallout 2, I have the Star Wars Battlefront II Beta, Morrowind, I ahem 'bought' Mega Man X8, Theif 2, Theif 1, Theif Deadly Shadows, and Star Wars Outcast.

And I still haven't beaten Planescape Torment or Baldur's Gate II: Shadows.

October may be a great month for the gamer, but it is also the worst month for our money. But my bet is on Half-Life 2 for the Xbox also.

There's another Prince of Persia coming out? *Eyes turn into hearts* Fweee! Not that I've played the second one, but what the hey.

Indeed, it is hard to be a gamer right now. Do you save up for Star Wars: Battlefront II? Or Sly 3? Or Kingdom Hearts II (Whenever Square decides to put it out)? Ah, choices.
