I don't think we'd be able to top the already-failed SC RP.

Hmmmm... I might or I might not. Haven't played Starcraft in a long time (still loved it, though), but I do remember a lot.

Ya know what, this really could depend on if I'm feeling bogged down with school or not, so you may just see me sign up if I have a light load. Hell, I may just reinstall the game to get more background... and that's never really a bad thing.

Terran? I'd like to play a rogue Zerg Colony... more fun... and breeding... XD

I would prefer the Protoss myself.

Zerg are better for enemies, since they are all mindless monsters except for a few leaders, and the majority of those leaders are buildings.

The problem is the protoss are mostly religious nutcases, and those don't make good charachters

Would this RP be based on StarCraft, happen before/during/after StarCraft, or the last one but with characters from StarCraft making appearances?

Edit - And I suppose I'd have to replay the missions, but I don't remember the Protoss acting to religious near the end (At this time I'm assuming this RP takes place after the end of Brood Wars).

Bleh, I haven't played Brood Wars, just the original starcraft. I read about BW in Wikipedia (for the other SC RP) but that's all. Most RPs have been dying very quickly lately, that is my primary concern. Other concerns...

-Stat-based or no stat-based, if so, how complicated or not
-Some kind of mission-based storyline? I wouldn't mind following a more rigid rank honorific (instead of sergeants mouthing off to lieutenants or some such thing)
-Length (short, long, epic?), needs dedicated DM foremost, dedicated players secondmost.
