Change your powers for three reasons

1) Dragons are not a psychic race, it makes no sense.

2) I already have a character like that (And is much better at it then your guy)

When you make a character when your 6, you should realize he is way to powerful... And you didn't do a very good job of toning him down.

Edit: It's better to try and not use something someone else is already using, especially when you then try to make them even better... I mainly don't like how he is going about it, making a dragonoid (Meaning strong) then turning him into semi-ninja/samuria, then topping it off with strong psychic powers...
