Any idea when the black mage t-shirts will be shipping? i placed my order at the end of nov. and still havent recieved it.

well i didnt know where elsewhere was. because it is both 8BT related and not 8BT related. and i was assuming that the General forum replaced Random.

I don't know where else to turn to either.

I placed an order for 3 shirts on Dec 20th, or thereabouts. I show my credit card was charged that same day. I've sent 2 emails to info@rocketninja (i think) one before the site went down and one after. Granted, one shirt was the black mage one, but in one of my emails I had asked if I could cancel it to at least get the other two shirts, since they were christmas gifts. I don't think I would be so upset if either 1) they hadn't charged my card already or 2) they answered at least one of my emails.

Is anyone else experiencing this kind of problem?

1) I can't help your card being charged. That's how internet commerce works. 2) You should use our customer support ticket service if you have questions about your order.

How do I use the customer service ticket system? There is nothing to click on at the site currently.

hes got a valid point. we cant even access the order system to check on them, as someone killed the site to stop new orders.

supposedly the site is down "for a few days", which is turning into a few months.
