".....You know, time limits are really something we should know."
Raiden scratched at the harness around his torso. "Damn enchanted items. Damn women putting damn enchanted items on me and putting me under their spell." He looked around and saw some people giving him a weird eye. "Anywaaaaaaay....Now that we only have two hours, I say we do what we do best. Blow things up at random and engage in nonsensical violence." |
"I like the plan of splitting up into two teams, but I'm not sure that the large group should be the one to save Santa. Why don't we send the gods and Krylo into the castle, since they'd have a much better chance against whatever's in there, and we mortals can go clear out the workshop and stables?"

He caught himself just as people started looking at him wierdly. "Anyway, I know time is of the essence, but if we just storm the castle all at once we could be caught by the leftover monsters. As I said, no one likes and ambush. Also, just sending the stronger is a bad idea. What if the not-so-experienced people get attacked by monsters they can't handle? Raiden, it would be a bad idea to engage in such behaviour because if we caused too much damage, then Santa wouldn't be able to deliver gifts." RMB took a few breaths and continued. Out of thin air he conjured up a small piece of paper designating which one of the gods should go where. "Ehem, I think we should send a strike team with Krylo to secure the buildings around the castle while Raiden with a smaller team takes out the remaining riff raff. Then in one hour we meet back in front of the castle and assault it altogether. What does everyone else think?" |
"I believe we need three teams, one immortal for each. One for Workshop, one for the stable, and one for the castle. If the Workshop or Stable team gets finished, head towards the castle, because I think that will take the longest." Inbred said. "I'm heading to the workshop now, if you guys have a better plan, then come get me, otherwise see ya." IC said and started walking, pulling out his Wind Edge, and gripping it tight.

Pyros yawned. "Don't overuse our immortality. We may have alot of trouble dying, but we can still get defeated or plain have the shit beaten out of us every now and then. Myself and Raiden ended up stuck inside a magic sword till we got some idiot to pull us out of a stone." Pyros didn't look up from his Gamecat. After saving, then playing some more then saving again he put the device up.
"Well alrighty then. I'll lead a team and save dem elves!And possibly kidnap a few to make all the toys I'll ever need or want. So who's with me, I won't surrender or give up even if I'm forced to fight Osterbaum and his Finnish army! I Shall show no mer..." Pyros was cut off by a ringing noise, which was revealed to come from a wristwatch on his foreleg that noone had noticed. "Oh. NAP TIME!" Pyros curled up into a ball and immediately fell asleep. He always took a nap right about this time like clockwork, and this day was no different than any other day. He was dead asleep, much to the chagrin of his companions, and would prove impossible to awaken lest they attempt to prematurely rouse him before nap time ended. Sometimes being a cat had it's downsides... |
Premonitions was in too awkward of a situation Just when he thought it could'nt get any wierder he shrank back to his normal size and was crushed under the weight of the berserker , he kicked it off and pulled out ten small pink heart shaped objects and crushed them in his hands his wounds closed up and the pain went away.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When he arrived back to the rest of the team, There was a crater next to RR and everyone was discussing their plans for saving santa clause and TB had reminded them of that Godawful time limit. He considered what would be best suited to his skills and Pulled out several more Super Mushrooms, "I think we are all forgetting one very important thing, my access to just about every magic thing there is. Or even better if we can get a portal back to my demension, I could get my attack bots' to help push it over the edge" OOC: Sorry but you guys are fast and Did I forget to mension my dimension had an edge of reality? yeah, exactly like pre columbus times |
Seeing inbred walk away, Krylo decided that the chocobo... thing... had the right idea, and stood up as well, walking toward the napping Pyros. The toe of his boot slipped underneath the napping cat and he brought his foot up quickly, tossing Pyros in the air. His hand caught the sleeping cat-god by the back of his neck, and then, with a snap of Krylo's wrist, Pyros was travelling through the air toward Inbred.
"Here! Catch! Maybe you can use him as like... a cat shaped shield or something until he wakes up." Krylo then turned and headed directly toward the main gate of the castle. "I'm heading into the castle, anyone who feels like coming with is welcome to," he said as he drew his nine milimeter pistols easily, holding them up and near his head, "Oh, and guys, let's play like stealth is the name of the game here. We get Santa out, get his toys, and get his sleigh... toss the three together, get them out of here, and THEN worry about the demons. We don't have time to be wasting killing every single little hell spawn right now... so let's avoid fighting unless we have to... and only kill the ones that we have to." |
"I don't know about you guys, but I have a summonable army at my command, which is much more versatile than a lot of your skills, and a lot more safe. I'll head towards the stables, and take out any enemies there.
"Though...I wouldn't mind back up. Or, my human body back. You might not be Santa, but any of you able to give me that present?" |
(OOC: I put down an idea for how the teams should split up in the discussion area, so...yeah. Nothing solid, just an idea so that we aren't all unevenly set in certain areas.)
Raiden stood back up and yawned. "Might as well head over to the workshop. Hey Inbred! Wait up!" Raiden sat down on his thunder cloud, and it began to hover its way over to Inbred and Pyros. Before he got too far away, he heard Ecurt's plea. Raiden stopped and smiled. "Why have godly powers if you can't abuse them?" Raiden closed his eyes and muttered under his breath. While others thought he was meditating, he was really entering the God's Commune, a place where gods could speak to eachother mentally. It was a bare place, but a place of power. It was filled with clouds, and Raiden's visage had grown. He was merely his godly being here. The mortals could never see his true form, which is why he always walked around in his human form. But here was where his true form could be shown. He was basically a being of pure electric energy, making the clouds near him cry out in thunder. When he spoke, it was more of a sighing sound. "Kompera!" The name Raiden had yelled echoed out in the vast area. Within moments another visage appeared. This creature's shape continually changed, more like a negative magic that had gathered together. The other visage chuckled a bit. "Heheheee. Raiden, how are you? It's been a while." "It has, Kompera. Good meetings to you." "And to you, Thunder God. What is the pleasure." "I need your information on how to change a mortal into a draconic form." The negative form was silent for a moment. "What makes you think that I would know that, Sparky?" "Seeing as how you taught that waitress, Kiyo, how to do it. You remember what happened afterward? She killed a priest. I promised not to tell the council, but you owe me a favor, and I'm calling it in." "....Fine." Raiden's visage began to sputter and shake as he left the Commune. He opened his eyes in his mortal form, and looked at Ecurt. "Oh Ecurt...." Raiden zapped Ecurt with a strange purple electricity. Ecurt shook and spazmed, and eventually began to take a more human form. However, he was certainly not human. He was covered in scales and had fangs. He grew wings on his back. He was a draconic now. "Merry Christmas." |
mammothtank started after krylo. "If I can't topple a foe, then I can at least hold him off for awhile. That should come in handy while we're trying to evacuate the big guy." He drew his sword, figuring it would be a more effective weapon in enclosed corridors. "Hopefully this time around I'll actually be able to help out..."
