Wow, this article really just blew me away. I had heard about it a while ago, I can't believe I never hit it up. The videos are completely new to me. I just fucking love Lost Levels. And while I'm at it, this Escapist article too that reminded me of it.

Click it if you've ever been a fan of Fantasy. Or remember when it was being talked about in the magazines. Ahh, was I disappointed.

This is even more orgasmic for me because it's final fantasy 6. *drools*

I missed the original material on the first run, but I did catch that LL article a while back. Great stuff indeed.

I'm quite the fan of Lost Levels, I really need to check that site out more often.

I would slit my mama's throat to see this demo with my own four eyes. It's nice that a little bit of FF6 got to be revived, even if nothing ever came of it, and that Shadow was chosen to take part. What concerns me is why Terra became a blonde as soon as they put her in any 3-D scene.

I'm also concerned why they took away Terra's clothes and gave her butt-floss... I mean a thong.

I would love to play ff6 with an graphics upgrade - I'd settle for an N64 version

Any of the 2d final fantasys remade in 3d would be awesome, think about the 2d games, you only ever saw the world from one direction, the birds eye view. Seeing it in 3d would be amazing, and I am just generally find that Idea romantic, hence why I saw the redeeming factors of the LOTR movies and loved the new narnia movie, when you've never really seen those worlds before being able to see them represented like that is truly amazing.

Of course the downside of this is wondering if the gameplay and story would suffer. I would never want them to remake anything like this concentrating only on graphics.

Hmmmmmm. 3D remake of a classic game. Never before released. Uses a "drawing" combat system.

It's so darned obvious, it actually works.

When you have worked with Terra's sprites as much as I had, you would notice a distinct lack of clothing on her.

I had never even heard of this, but I must say now I so want to try that out, just to see what it was like.

But didn't Celes have blond hair?
It really could be her....

Then again Terra in Esper form had no cloths whatsoever....

Note 1: FF3j is being made into 3D, so. Word.

Note 2: It's definitely not in the making for the DS. Trust me, the article would have mentioned it.
