Brian is usually true to his word (update dates excluded), like when he said Black Belt was dead. Judging by that, not only will he make the class change, he'll make it in a way that makes everyone who said otherwise crawl into a corner and cry themselves to sleep.

By the way, this quote should explain my opinion about the Bahamut/Matoya relationship:

Didn't you read the comic? They just changed class. Not that they look any different...

The Wizard Who Did It 12-23-2005 12:47 AM

They didn't necesarily change classes. Bahamut just said he was going to change their class, and then there was a sound effect. If you think that that means that they changed classes, then you haven't read enough 8-Bit Theater.

Note, they could have changed classes, but I am sticking on the side of caution and syaing that we don't know whether they have or haven't.

There is a class change, but why am I feeling they would eventually change back later?

"movin on up" could instead of referring to a class change could just as easily refer to a dragon when aroused. GROSS!!!

GARUD 12-23-2005 02:36 AM

There was no class change at all...oh wait, there, BM, RM and Fighter had an extra pixel added to each, whilst Theif had his dagger lengthened.

^^If you thought any of the above had a rude conitation in it, you are humiliatingly mistaken. Besides, that's not the way I wanted the word pixel to come out.

Great comic Brian.

Red Dragon 50 12-23-2005 12:55 PM

I think if there class did change they'd still be the same size just look... upgraded.

Dude, if that extra pixel's where I think it is I'd take that over some stupid ol' ultimate power of magical destruction any fucking day.

Dude, you're forgetting the point hare!

You could get rid of everybody that isn't a big-busted blond with magical destruction, douche!

And uh, I'm not sure such the critical change of class would happen, and my reasons why after this!

Wrong, sir! Wrong! Under section 37B of the contract signed by him, it states quite clearly that all offers shall become null and void if - and you can read it for yourself in this photostatic copy - "I, the undersigned, shall forfeit all rights, privileges, and licenses herein and herein contained," et cetera, et cetera..."Fax mentis incendium gloria cultum," et cetera, et cetera..."Memo bis punitor delicatum!" It's all there, black and white, clear as crystal! You stole fizzy lifting drinks. You bumped into the ceiling which now has to be washed and sterilized, so you get nothing! You lose! Good day sir!

Much like BB, why can't some people just accept some things? The class change WILL happen.
